I am a self taught crocheter who 11 years ago decided while travelling on the train to the city every day for work, needed a hobby. Whilst my grandma was an excellent crocheter, I never took up the opportunity to learn from her. After her passing, I was given her hooks and this is when I decided to teach myself in honour of my grandma.
I have always had the passion to teach beginners crochet, which is why 2 years ago I decided to run face to face workshops for people wanting to learn to crochet. My journey to get to where I am today has been one of frustration, multiple courses and videos and countless hours of trying to work it out.
I now can pick up any pattern and be able to complete it from a simple granny square to a very advanced complicated designer blanket.
I am also extremely proud to be an Crochet Guild Australia accredited crochet teacher!!!!
